Welcome to my Exalted character sheets. I hope you will enjoy using them and if you have any
critics (good or bad) or problems you will email me - only that way will I be able to make them
better for all of us.
It happens that I update the sheets with corrections, or new functionalities, fields, or pages, so it can
pay off to check in from time to time to see if there is a new version available.
Lastly, although I know that nobody ever read the manual, do read Functionality below, there are
many features hidden within the pages that are there only to help you, if you know about
them – enjoy.
- Functionality

These sheets are fully editable, you can write all the information you need in the fields and save the whole thing afterwards.
With these sheets it's possible to save what information you write on them, even with Adobe Reader.
Many fields can auto size text characters and or have multiple lines so it's possible to have fairly long texts.
On all the pages you can write a page number down in the star in the right corner.
- Page specific functionality
- All dots have some JavaScript functionality; you only need to click on the most significant dot and the rest will auto fill.
There are on most of the pages some grayish buttons (not the dying health levels on page 1), they will run some JavaScript to calculate or fill in fields for you. Also some pages have grayish fields that have JavaScript affiliation. If you hover your mouse cursor over a field, or button, a help text will appear. These buttons and fields will not show on printouts.
If needed, in the lower right corner is a hidden button that, if clicked, will hide all the grayish buttons and fields on that page.
The page numbers below doesn't match for Fair Folk, add two to the number to get the correct Fair Folk page number.
- Page 1 - Main page:

Marking dots of stamina will also mark dying health levels for you. Lunars shall be aware of Ox-Body Technique
marked dying healt levels.
Button by Caste / Aspect marks your Caste or Aspect abilities. Be sure to do this before selecting favorites as they will be removed. Leaving Caste / Aspect empty will clear all marks by abilities. For Mountain Folks, this will mark their bonus virtue.
Button by Anima Effect writes your special Caste / Aspect anima effect. This, of course, only works if you have selected a Caste or Aspect.
Button by Essence dots will calculate your Personally and Peripherally essence, by sure to fill in Willpower and virtues on page 2 first. Special for Dragon-Blooded; if you in the same document have a Backgrounds page, and have any Breeding background, this will be added into the calculation too (see Known Issues below).
Elder page:
By every Attribute, Ability, and Essence there are a little grayish box with 5+ written on it. Clicking this box will show the lower first 5 dots in a skill, and in that way making it possible to repeasent up to 10 dots in a skill.

Be sure to fill in Willpower and Virtues before calculating Essence on page 1, as it will calculate wrong.
Buttons by Dodge MDV and Join Combat will calculate your DMDV and Join Combat dice. Special for Green Sun Princes: if you in the same document have a Brackgrounds page, and have any Unwoven Coadjutor rated 4 or 5, this will be added into the calculation of Join Combat (see Known Issues below).
Button by Social Attacks, by Notes, will calculate Accuracy, and PMDV for your three types of attack. Using Charisma and Manipulation.
Button by Limit points will fill out informations about the selected Virtue Flaw / Flawed Fate.
Virtue dots adds to Shaping Health Levels for Fair Folk.

Button by Soak will calculate your soak values, it will add any values written in the two grayish fields under armors.
Button by Dodge DV will calculate your DDV, Join Combat dice, and Move/Dash speed. DDV and Move/Dash speed will be affected by any value written in the grayish field under Mobility. Special for Green Sun Princes: if you in the same document have a Brackgrounds page, and have any Unwoven Coadjutor rated 4 or 5, this will be added into the calculation Join Combat (see Known Issues below).
Button by Weapons, by Notes, will calculate Accuracy, Damage and PDV for all your weapons, using the ability selected from the combo boxes to the right of each weapon line. If "None" is selected, Accuracy and PDV will not be calculated. If no "+" or "-" are in front of the weapon damage number, Strength will not be added to the overall damage. Like "2B" instead of "+2B".
Grayish fields below Armor, any armor soak values (Lethal and Bashing) written here will be added to your soak values when calculating soak. Any mobility value written will substract from your DDV and movement speeds.

The three check boxes up to the right will show; empty Languages lines, Second Age languages, or First Age
languages. Leaving all the boxes unchecked will show an empty field for writting.
Under the Artifact dots, it is possible to write N/A.
Clicking just below the Charm name for Alchemical charms will display a Submodule tag for the next charm line.
The Use dots are tri-staged, to simulate equipped in a General, or Dedicated charm slot, or not at all.
The number of slots in use will automatically be counted.

Note that it is not possible for the JavaScript to know which charms or specialties you have, and when to include them
in the calculations around the pages. So be aware as to add special effects yourself to Essence, Health Levels,
Weapon stats etc.

- Guide to inserting a picture

On page 6 - History, there is room for a picture. So you may think: how do I insert a picture? to answer that question
there is a little guide below. The guide is written for Adobe Reader and Adobe Pro, the basic will probably work in
other programs too.
1: Open Adobe and look up at the Toolbar, if there is an icon of a white hand (a lot like the one from Legend of Kyrandia 2 - Hand of Fate), if there is jump to step 4 else move on to step 2.
2: Right click on the Toolbar and choose "more tools".
3: Scroll to the botton and tick on "Hand tool". Click "OK"
4: Open a paint program (Paint, Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop...) and load your picture.
5: Select / mark your picture, or the part you need and click "Copy" (Ctrl + C).
6: Back in Adobe scroll down so that the middle of the screen is not within a textfield. This is because you can't select the picture if it's on a textfield.
7: Click "Insert" (Ctrl + V), to paste your picture.
8: Now with the "Handtool" click on the picture, move and resize it as you wish.
9: Enjoy.

As to all of you without Adobe Pro, and who don't want to have 6+ page files lying around your harddisk - with the
higher risk of losing them. When you have found out which pages you want you are welcome to send the whole stack
to me (don't spam me) and I'll glue them together. See Email address below.
As an alternative to sending me your character sheet pages, this program, PDFFill, should be able to do a lot of the work for you. Take note of Known issue number 1; about editable fields though. I have not tried PDFFill myself so I can't tell if you will be able to overcome that kind of problem.

- Known issues
- 1: To you that have Adobe Pro, or know somebody that does, and can put the pages together in one file. Be aware that
multiple pages of the same type will cause problems unless you rename all the editable fields, and all the JavaScript
with those fields, on the extra pages. Yes, it's a hell of a work, but it's how Adobe work.
2: In the Dragon-Blooded and Green Sun Princes version, you will need to have your Breeding or Unwoven Coadjutor background written on 'page 1' of the background pages, or change the coding to match the correct page. In case there are more than one Breeding or Unwoven Coadjutor background, it will calculate using the highest rating in the background.
3: Because the JavaScript can't know which specialties to include when calculating combat stats, you will have to be aware of these issues yourself and add then manually to the starts. Like vise, JavaScript can't know if you have Essence adding charms or Ox-Body Technique charms that can add to number of health levels, so, again you will have to add these charm effects manually.
Issues only with version 2:
3: In order to make the calculation buttons on page 3 and 4 work, you will need to have them in the same .pdf document as page 1.
4: On pages 2 and 5, changing the top information too many times can cause that nothing happens. Why this happen I have no idea about and only solution is to get a new copy of the page and type in all the information again.
- 1: To you that have Adobe Pro, or know somebody that does, and can put the pages together in one file. Be aware that
multiple pages of the same type will cause problems unless you rename all the editable fields, and all the JavaScript
with those fields, on the extra pages. Yes, it's a hell of a work, but it's how Adobe work.

And lastly, an alteration of the damage calculation code on the combat page. It will now not add Strength to the damage if there is no "+" or "-" infront of the weapon damage number. Like "2B" instead of "+2B". - 22-11-2008: When you correct one mistake a new appears. It has now been corrected, so the Solar sheet should look right again now.
Page numbers added to the Sidereal sheets. - 18-11-2008: Seems like a Deathlord had infiltrated the sheets, but don't worry, the intrution has been delt with, the Deathlord has disappeared again, and the 'Dark Master' entry on the Solar sheets has been removed.
- 28-10-2008: Abyssal Elder sheet had a JavaScript mistake on the Stamina dots, it is now corrected.

Also, on the Thaumaturgy page it is not possible to remove the Degree section at the top
So the Solar version got uploaded anew, plus there was a few adjustments that needed correcting. - 07-10-2008: Version 3, Solars are online. New features: rooms for elder exalted dots.
The major change from version 2 are the implementation of elder exalted dots, and the rules from Dream of the First Age.
Besides from that I have moved around on some of the stuff, like Specialties, and Virtues, and added some colors to the long columns for Charms and stuff - I hope it will suit everybody.
Under the the surface there has also been some changes, that hopefully will speed the viewing of the pages up and make the overall feeling more smooth. - 08-07-2008: On page 3 – Combat, Move and Dash has been added.
A cosmetic error corrected on pages 5.
Some extra info has been added to the anima power section of Abyssal page 1. - 04-06-2008: On page 3 – Combat (and the complete sheets), the new action type, Read Strategy, has been added. Also, on
the same page, the DV modifier on the Coordinate Attack action has been corrected to -0, instead of -2. - 21-05-2008: 3 small errors have been corrected; one on Page 5 - Manse & Heartstones, one on Page 8 for Lunars, and the
final one on the Special Thaumaturgy page for Abyssals.
Also one rather embarrassing spelling mistake one all Page 5 - Backgrounds and Page 5 - Manse & Hearthstones; it is not Heath but Hearth.
On a request blank sheets for printing, like for players, have been made. The relevant pages can be found under Special, while the rest of pages are unchanged and can as always be found under the different Exalted types. - 18-05-2008: Version 2: A lot have happened since last update.
Almost all pages now have some kind of JavaScript functionality. This can be calculation of values, auto-filling of dots, selecting of information, etc. This may cause some warnings to pop-up, depending on your security, don't worry, there are no hidden viruses or other malicious code. What is more, because of all the code that I have made, there may be a mistake here and there. Although I have tested it, there can, as in every program, be something that has slipped through.
Sidereals finally got some astrology; one page for colleges and stuff, and one page for destinies.
Abyssals has been updated with all the neat stuff from MoEP: Abyssals.
Everybody got a page for Social combat, where Intimacies and Motivation has been moved to.
And finally a page just for combos, plus fields for combos have gotten bigger.
The Empty Additional page now have text fields so you don't have to write everything by hand. - 21-01-2008: A wrong placed text field on the Solar page one have been corrected.
Also the Thaumaturgy pages had wrong names for the first column of text fields, which let to trouble when put in the same document as pages with spells on, not a problem if you use the pages as seperate documents. - 12-01-2008: The Empty and Thaumaturgy pages for all Exalted types have been moved to Special.
A page with more accurate Currency, Merits and Flaws, and Mutations are also to find there. - 06-01-2008: Both Solar and Dragon-Blooded have had all their pages updated; there were some graphical errors that
needed correction.
There are now a complete standard 5 (7) page sheet for each Exalted type together with an empty page and a Thaumaturgy page. - 17-11-2007: The graphics on the Sidereal sheet looked awful, so I have changed it.
- 31-10-2007: I wasn't really happy with the look of the Virtue flaw part of page one, so for Dragon-Blooded, Lunar, Sidereal, and Solar, page 1 have been altered a bit.
- 30-10-2007: Sidereal sheet have been added, it's still missing special Sidereal related pages though.
A spelling error on page 1 of Dragon-Blooded sheet have been corrected. - 21-10-2007: A temporary Abyssal sheet have been added.
Lunar page 6, the one with Warform and Fury, all the negative mutations that Lunars can't take as part of their Warform has been removed. - 02-09-2007: Lunar and Dragon-Blooded sheets have appeared. Lunar have 2 extra pages, one with Warform and Fury and
one with Hearts Blood.
Some minor graphical changes have been done to the Solar sheet, nothing worth changing your sheet for - unless you are into all those details you anyway only can see with a magnifying glass.
There have been added a lot of health levels - so no Exalt below Essence 6 will run out of permanent health levels.
Also, after making the Lunar sheet, dying health levels have been added.
Finally, Familiars have some extra health levels too. - 12-08-2007: Stupid mistake from 1E, on page 3 defence have been corrected to PDV.
